Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Master Barber to join our growing team at our Buffalo-area locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about the craft, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and eager to grow within a company that values tradition, exclusivity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and facials in line with The 3 Dog Barber’s standards
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times
• Uphold all sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with New York State regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and support fellow barbers and staff

Qualifications
• Valid New York State Barber License (required)
• Minimum 2 years’ professional barbering experience preferred
• Expertise in classic and modern men’s cuts, straight razor shaves, and beard grooming
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and client care
• Passion for luxury grooming and commitment to ongoing skill development

• Hourly pay plus commission on services and product sales
