Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the art of barbering and be knowledgeable about the latest trends in men’s grooming.

Responsibilities:

– Provide barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and mustache grooming
– Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Perform grooming services with attention to detail and precision
– Recommend hair care products and styling tips to clients
– Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
– Maintain client records and appointment schedules

Qualifications:

– Must be a licensed Barber
– Proficient in traditional barbering techniques such as fades, tapers, and razor cuts
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
– Knowledge of retail math for product sales and upselling
– Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and record keeping
– Understanding of color theory for hair coloring services
– Experience with straight razor shaving techniques
– Ability to perform hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and other related services is a plus
– Background in cosmetology is beneficial
– Store management experience is advantageous
